Ludovic Ledein

Ludovic Ledein, brings his distinctive design and expertise to many industries on a local and international level. Born in the North of France, Ludovic studied sculpture and design in the United Kingdom. After returning back to France, Ludovic took on the role of Teacher and Art Director, where he worked with the City as a sculptor and also creating props and armors for medieval reenactment shows. Ludovic was known for his dynamic teaching skills and leadership amongst his students. This accomplishment was viewed with admiration, and next led to an invitation to move to United States.

Following his move to New York, he attended Parsons and the Jewelry Arts Institute, studying jewelry making and the art of ancient Byzantine jewelry technique.

Throughout his career Ludovic has become an exceptionally versatile artist, accomplished illustrator, graphic designer, developer of brand and visual identity, packaging designer, graphic web designer, and creator of prototypes and iconography. 

It is clear that Ludovic has become and is the designer of choice for many fashion, accessory, and consumer good companies; including Jockey International, Sara Lee, Hanes, Hanes Sport, Champion, DIM, BALI, Barely There, Wonderbra, Loveable, and Flying Machine.

As well as being a consultant, and contractor, Ludovic is also founder of Symbiotique, a highend luxury brand and accessory company, based in New York, which he launched in 2008. Symbiotique creates custom-made extravagant jewelry, one-off signature accessory pieces, and apparel clothing. Select creations have been featured on various TV shows, including True Blood, Hart of Dixie, Glee, Sex and the City, and worn by celebrities such as Pink, Rachel Ray, Carle Rae Jepsen and Zach Galifianakis.

 In his spare time Ludovic loves to restore antique furniture, Japanese Samurai armor, and classic cars. Lastly, Ludovic holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Traditional Tae Kwon Do. From his rigorous training as both a practitioner and instructor of martial arts, Ludovic brings a clear vision, discipline and teambuilding skills to his working relationships.
